Previously surveyed in 1974. 2026: This two-story Queen Anne commercial building was constructed c.1905. It is rectangular in plan with brick walls and a flat roof with an asphalt-shingled pent roof along street-facing facades and decorative corbelling along the cornice. The building features dual primary facades facing north and west with a primary entrance located in the northwest corner below a rounded tower with a conical roof. The entrance is sheltered under a semi-circular metal awning that is supported by smooth columns resting on brick foundation walls. The tower above this contains two large glass-block windows. The west elevation of the building contains five distinct bays separated by brick pilasters. One of the bays features no windows or doors with brickwork arranged in a simple horizontal bands. Three of the bays contain shop windows sheltered under metal awnings with sunburst-patterned brickwork above. One bay along the western façade contains a secondary entrance comprised of a pair of metal-framed glass doors with matching transom. This entrance is accented by a classical surround with an iron entablature supported by fluted columns that rest on brick piers. The second story of each bay contains two segmentally-arched window openings containing downsized single-pane windows. The northern elevation is one bay wide; this contains a shop window with metal awning at the first story and two downsized windows in segmentally-arched openings at the second story.
