ARCHITECTURAL SIGNIFICANCE: Very similar to 6-21-4c. Excellent example of a Colonial Revival style double flat in nearly original condition. Note Palladian motif gable window and pedimented entrance porch. Two story frame duplex with a gable roof. The primary entry is on the west and consists of a pedimented four-columned Doric colonnade, with recessed porch behind. Over the large first floor entry is a recessed porch with corner column supporting the corner of the roof above. A half-round arched screen is played off against the large shingled arch of a Palladian window treatment in the attic.
