A 'site file' exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. Dark red and brown brick Gothic church design with stone and wood trim. Two exterior towers on either side of the central tower have been removed due to structural damage. Polish parish organized in 1914 under the leadership of Father Francis Bonczak as an offshoot of the church headquartered in Scranton, PA. It is the only member of the Polish National Catholic Church in Milwaukee.
