second stories under a dominant gable; north of this is a partially enclosed, flat-roofed front porch that is accessed by
wooden steps with simple wooden railings. Windows are 1-over-1 double-hung.
Resurveyed August 2012; changes include the replacement of the porch steps and the addition of wooden trellising along the bottom of the porch.
