asphalt-shingled gable roof. The front elevation faces southeast and is asymmetrical in plan with a 2-story enclosed porch
comprising the northern half of the facade. A pair of single doors is located at the southern edge of the first story; these
are accessed by a set of concrete steps. Above the front doors is a pair of 3-over-1 windows. The porch is enclosed by
three large single-pane windows at each level. A pair of 1-over-1 windows is located just below the gable at the attic
level.
Resurveyed July 2012; changes include the replacement of all porch and attic windows.
