Additional Comments
This 2-story Neoclassical apartment building was constructed in 1923. It is rectangular in plan with a concrete foundation,
brick walls, and a flat roof. The front elevation faces southeast and is asymmetrical in plan with a pair of front doors
located at the northern end of the facade and a single 1-over-1 window at the southern end. The front doors are
accessed by a long set of concrete stairs with metal railings that lead to a heavy entry porch with brick pier supports and a
flat roof. The porch roof has a brick cornice with a stone cap. Two 1-over-1 windows are located at the second story of
the facade. Windows have stone sills and lintels. Other stone details are quoins at the corners and a drip course just
above the second-story windows.

Resurveyed July 2012; changes include the removal of decorative shutters and the removal of a stepped stone wall from each side of the front steps.
