Accessing Collections
The vast majority of the items in our collections are not online. The Society owns thousands of archival collections viewable in our Archives reading room. To view and conduct research in our collections, visit us in person.
Jacob Gundlach
1856
Waist-up oval portrait of Jacob Gundlach. He was born in Kuhr Hessen, Germany, and emigrated to Wisconsin in 1832. In 1851, he became one of the first settlers in Germantown.
Leonard W. Weeks
1856
Quarter-length oval portrait of Leonard W. Weeks. He was born in Caledonia County, Vermont, on November 18, 1805, and moved to Wisconsin in the spring of 1836.
