Damage to buildings and wires in a sleet storm. Handwritten on the back: "The after effects of sleet storm in Jan/16 at Seymour, Wis. By the looks of this, the buildings were bent from the sleet effects of the sleet storm. This is only to show you how it looked when all wires came down. Recognize Kahnt's Shoe Store & the crossing we took to the depot?"
