French Trading Post Site
1920
Site where the first French trading post in Wisconsin was built at the fork of the Fond du Lac River in 1787. The site is located near the city's gas plant on South Highway 23.
McDonald Residence
1920
View of a large house of Greek Architecture, with Corinthian pillars or columns. Built by John S. McDonald, and later owned by the McMillan estate. General U.S. Grant was entertained here.
