NEW: Sid is standing outside of Mel's Food, begging with his hat in his hands. Sid is wearing sunglasses and has a cigar in his mouth. The back of a passerby, who is wearing an overcoat and a hat, appears to be dropping money into Sid's outstretched hat. On the right a man is stooping (only his arm and knee are visible) behind the corner of the storefront and pulling out what may be Sid's wallet from his back pocket.
