Concrete Blockhouse

A large concrete blockhouse fortification at Verst 581 with a concrete outhouse next to it on the right. An armed solder wearing winter clothing stands between the fortification and railroad tracks. This fortification was constructed when the 310th United States Army Engineer Corps was deployed as a part of the Allied Intervention in Northern Russia.
