Wisconsin State Capitol Finally Dedicated
Image
Low angle view looking up at the full height of the face of one wing of the Wisconsin State Capitol building. At lower right, behind a podium, is Gov. Warren Knowles. At lower left are politicians sitting in front of flags. The capitol was never dedicated after completion in 1917. Forty-eight years later, on July 7, 1965, it was formally dedicated, after it's exterior was chemically cleaned.
