Interior view of the Neenah Public Library. The library opened in 1904 and was funded with a combined donation of $20,000 from the citizens of Neenah and Andrew Carnegie. Reverse of the cardboard backing reads: "Womans' Club Room." A group of chairs face a table near a fireplace at one end of the room. Near the far wall is a statue of Winged Victory, and along the wall are three small windows with curtains.
