East Wing of the Third Wisconsin State Capitol

East (King Street) wing of the third Wisconsin State Capitol and the south wall of the Territorial Capitol (at the left) taken from the roof of the building at the corner of West Main and South Carroll Streets. The east wing was the first phase of that building constructed. Lake Mendota is in the background. The top story and clock tower of City Hall are visible just above the Capitol. Residences at the corner of East Gilman and North Pinckney Streets are in the upper right.
