Fugitive Along the Tracks

"When a fugitive escaped from the Winnebago County Courthouse, Oshkosh, he headed south on Hwy 41 to Allenton where he stole two pistols from a rural home. He then fled north on foot on the Soo Line tracks into the Theresa Marsh. This is a recreation showing a shadowy figure walking along the tracks."
