Even Puffy the dog smiled when we photographed Kathy Schauer and children, Erika (10) and Monica (6) at N7600 Ferris Rd, Mayville. Steve and Kathy Schauer bought this property 9 years ago and moved from Slinger.

Schauer Stone House — Exterior

This old, historic house is on the Schauer property. Kathy's husband, Steve, is opening a new business called Masterpiece Plumbing.
Grulke Barn — Exterior

Steve and Nancy Grulke and children, Alison, Cassandra, and Paul, live at W2346 Zion Church Rd (Section 30). Steve has lived here all his life. Steve and Nancy have been married for 16 years.
Myers Barn — Alternate View

The Myers have lived here for 8 years. Mary Jo's father is Jim Schinderle of Mayville. He is a pillar in the Mayville Historical Society.
Batterman Barn — Exterior

David and Kathy Batterman live at N9248 Sunnyview Rd (Section 7). Son, Scott, and his children, Ryan and Grace, pose with Dave and Kathy. Herb and Linda (Block) Zahn were former owners.
Myers Barn - Exterior

Scott and Mary Jo Myers live at W2251 Elm Rd (Section 6), with their children, Dylan and Austin. Their dogs are Hailey and Bo. Scott operates Artisan Carpet Cleaning.
