St. Cloud Combine Promotion

Image

Original caption reads: "The St. Cloud district sales organization looks over the 29-car trainload of McCormick harvester-threshers bound for 47 dealers who participated in this spring sales campaign. In the 29-car train were four cars of No. 141s, three 'mixed' cars of No. 141s and No. 64s, and 22 cars of No. 64s - 105 No. 64s and 11 No. 141s, for a total of 116 combines. Four different railroads participated, after the 29-car train was split up for distribution to dealers. They were the Great Northern, Northern Pacific, Milwaukee and the Soo Line. The train was about 1/3 of a mile long."
