Tavern at Exeter

A wooden, two-story saltbox style building in an advanced state of neglect.
Stone Barn

A man enters the side door of the stone barn at the Stone Barn Tavern, three miles west of Milton.
Bake Oven
August 24, 1925
An outdoor brick bake oven with utensils alongside. According to the photographer, these were "often used by the early taverns."
The Red Tavern
1925
A deteriorating wooden structure with two gables on the front, identified as the Red Tavern between Kilbourn and Mauston, built in 1848.
