White River Bridge

Stereograph of the side cliff view of the railroad White River bridge, showing the support beams and river underneath. It is six miles south of Ashland. This bridge was part of the Wisconsin Central Railroad line, and was 1600 feet long and 110 feet above the water, making it one of the largest trestle bridges of its days.
