Dry dock hoist drive that is a component of a Pearlson Syncrolift. This product was later purchased by Pearlson Engineering. Original Falk caption reads, "Photos taken for Engineering to illustrate manufacturing of various syncrolift components." In this case, the process depicted is that of turning a drum groove.
