Caption reads: "FROM BELOW THE BORDER - Richard Carbajam (left), 18, and Hector Altoro, 18, led a group of sixth graders in Mexican songs at the Wisconsin Ave. School, 2708 W. Wisconsin Ave. The youngsters have been studying Spanish and held a minifiesta. Carbajam, of Phoenix, Ariz., and Altoro, of Chicago, attend the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. They live at Carl Sandburg Hall, 3400 N. Maryland Ave."
