Linear Mound on the Dividing Ridge

Two men enjoy the shade among Native American burial mounds on the Dividing Ridge, a recessional moraine, between Lakes Monona and Wingra in Madison, Wisconsin. The Dividing Ridge and the mounds were subsequently destroyed by gravel mining.
