Image
A standing, full-length studio portrait of Catherine Bartholomay forms the left half of a postcard. She is wearing a long dress with full sleeves. She is standing on the seat of an elaborate rattan chair. The message reads: "Dear Ernest [sic], - I want to send you this new picture of mine with love and greetings! Catherine Bartholomay. July 27, 1901. Loreley." Loreley was the original name for the main house at Black Point Estate.
