Dr. Otto L. Schmidt, far left, is helmsman for the "Senta," sailing with a crew of three on Geneva Lake. Dr. Schmidt was the husband of Emma Seipp Schmidt, the daughter of Chicago brewer Conrad Seipp. The Schmidts were owners of Black Point Estate.

Ernst Schmidt (1893-1977) and Jean Happich sail the boat "Illiola." Schmidt was a grandson of Chicago brewer Conrad Seipp, who established Black Point Estate in 1888.
