Dr. Karl Paul Link, professor of biochemistry at the University of Wisconsin, right, is pictured with Dr. Mohan Singh, director of food preservations for the government of India and on a United Nations mission, at left, who is visiting Dr. Link to learn about the rat killer Warfarin, invented by Link. India is greatly troubled by rats eating food and grain received in India under the Marshall Plan.
