Gov. Kohler Signs Bill

Governor Walter Kohler signs into law the bill providing that the governor and the legislature shall review all public expenditures, including money from revolving and segregated funds. Standing beside the governor as he signs the bill are, from left, Assemblyman Alfred R. Ludvigsen (R-Hartland), chairman of the assembly's finance committee; Senator Foster B. Porter (R-Bloomington), senate finance commitee chairman; and Senator Arthur Lenroot (R-Superior), chairman of the budget committee of the legislative council.
