| Additional Information: | Previously surveyed in 1982. 2009 - not resurveyed, loss of integrity, new exterior brick, new entrance, new windows, altered primary facade window opening. 2020: No changes since 2009. The building is rectangular in plan with brick walls and an asphalt-shingled gable roof sheltered behind a stepped parapet with a simple cornice and decorative brackets. The front elevation faces southeast and is symmetrical in plan with three individual shop windows across the first story, three 6-over-1 windows at the second story, and a single multi-pane, fixed-sash window at the attic level. The primary entrance is located in the northeast (side) elevation near the front corner; this consists of a single metal-framed glass door with transom. The front façade of the building and the first story of the side elevations are clad in brick veneer. All windows and doors are modern replacements. |
