It has a mostly square footprint, concrete foundation, and is a frame building clad in wood siding, laid diagonally. The house has flat roof surrounded by a pent awning clad in horizontal boards. The main entrance is recessed from the northeast corner of the building. Windows include multi-light wood windows arranged in groups, particularly at the corners of the building.
