Previously surveyed in 1980, as AQUARIUS AQUATICS.The lower level storefront has changed as of 2007, an updated inventory card was submitted to reflect the change. Construction date is from Assessor's records. In 1932, Marcus Skafer grocery and schools supplies was located out of the building, which is located across the street from the original Washington Public School, now Horace Mann Elementary School.
