NOTES
Additional Information:When first surveyed in 1980 this house had been resided in asphalt shingles. This siding was still present in 2021 when the house was resurveyed. 2021: This Greek Revival Style house has a T-plan consisting of a two-story-tall upright wing and a one-and-one-half-story-tall ell. There is a basement story under the upright wing, and it is enclosed with stone walls, while rock-faced concrete block walls underly the ell. The house’s exterior walls were (and still are) clad in wood clapboards but the house was resided long ago with asphalt shingles and these shingles are still in place today. In addition, all the original windows have been replaced with later ones and the original windows in the first story of the main façade of the upright wing were replaced with a large triple window group prior to 1975. The AHI states that this house was built in 1850.
