Additional Information:This two story plus attic brick apartment house is Prairiesque. Main gable roof is intersected by a hip roof over large two story wing to south. Massive chimney dominates front as it rises through the gable. Front entry has low brick stepped piers, and its arched porch roof is integrated into the bay extending over door. South wing has timber/stucco motif in horizontal space between window units. Attic window has a rounded arch. Built as two units.
