| Additional Information: | . 2025; This two-story English Revival-style residence was constructed circa 1915. It has a brick exterior accented in wattle and daub-style stucco and timber construction at the gable faces and dormer. The side gable roof is sheathed in asphalt shingles with frieze board at the eaves. A decentered brick chimney stack is at the roof’s apex. The front façade is symmetrically arranged around a centered dormer and protruding gable entry porch. The porch has a centered main entry with sloped walls, a steep pitch front gable roof, and a bank of concrete steps anchored by decorative metal guardrails. The main entry is flanked by a bank of three windows on either side. Windows are primarily sashed with multiple lights residing over a single pane. Attached at the house’s east is an enclosed hip roof porch with banks of sashed windows. An integrated two-bay garage of similar design and materials is attached at the northeast corner. It replaced the previous, smaller garage post-1997. It hosts a three-car garage and a secondary entry. A large addition is present at the rear. |
