NOTES
Additional Information:This two-story red brick building has a commercial vernacular style with details that suggest the Romanesque Revival style. The building features a brick corbeled cornice and round brick arches decorate second story openings. The arched openings are filled in with multi-light sashes and arched, multi-light transoms. The storefront features large show windows, a recessed entrance, and an enclosed transom.

This building contributes to the architectural significance of the Main Street Historic District as a good example of a commercial vernacular building with Romanesque Revival influenced details. The building also contributes to the historical significance of the district because of its long-time use as a commercial building in downtown Waupaca.
