Additional Information:An example of Waters' more modest Queen Anne designs with clapboard first story and shingled second story and attic. Each floor level is marked by a slight projection. The recessed porch on the second story appears in a number of his designs. Buckstaff only lived here a short time. More details on his life can be found with the information on his Washington Avenue home at 1212 (OS 9/20).
