| Additional Information: | Originally a Queen Anne house, altered by addition of wide gauge siding and enlarged windows. 1994- "A Queen Anne house, this structure has a gable-on-hip roof, the lines of which are broken by gabled dormers and wall dormers. While the dormers --the peaks of which all have fish-scale shingles -- and the prominent gabled porch supported by two clusters of three squared columns give this house some degree of character, the wide, aluminum siding that sheathes the structure is very distracting." - "Jackson St (Murdock to Church), Oshkosh", WisDOT ID #6432-07-00, Prepared by Heritage Research, Ltd (1994). |
