| Additional Information: | 2005-no significant changes since 1980 survey. One-story side ell with fixed windows. There is a noncontributing garage on the property. 1980-The compact cubical form of this stucco house suggests the influence of the Prairie School. A more classical flavor is imparted by the porch, composed of columns and segmentally arched pediment. The arch form is repeated in first floor windows, which establishes a nice rhythm for the facade. This building is considered significant because of the fine consistent treatment of ornament which transforms a fairly popular house plan into an individual expression. |
