NOTES
Additional Information:One-and-one-half story, side gable house with gabled roof dormer, enclosed flat roof porch with wooden pier supports, clapboard siding; although windows and doors are modern.

Christian Nielsen was a house painter.

This property was last surveyed in 1996 using the City Base Map with the code 122/26.

1996- "Rising two stories, this side gable, clapboard-sheathed residence is largely vernacular in appearance. Defining features are restricted to a gabled wall dormer, a pedimented porch entry and a three-sided bay projection, which extends from the east wall. In addition, the house has undergone alterations. A modern bay window has been placed within the gabled wall dormer, and the front porch has been enclosed with modern windows."
