NOTES
Additional Information:2024: This two-and-one-half-story, American Foursquare house was constructed c.1915. It is of frame construction and clad in wood clapboard siding, with a rock-faced concrete-block foundation. Asphalt shingles cover the hip roof, which has hip dormers with fixed windows on the front and side elevations. Windows are one-over-one aluminum sash. The front (southwest) porch features a tympanum above the central entrance and Doric columns and is enclosed with screens. On the rear of the building is a detached two-car garage with a hip and shed roof. The WHPD record identifies this property as the William Kroll House; however, research did not reveal any information on the family. According to historic newspapers, in 1954 Mr. and Mrs. William F. Schlaack were living in the home. A review of historic newspapers did not reveal any additional information.
