Additional Information:THIS TWO STORY HOUSE WAS BUILT BETWEEN 1866 AND 1871. (SEE BIB. REF. A). ACCORDING TO THE INTENSIVE SURVEY REPORT DESCRIBING THIS PROPERTY, THE STRUCTURE IS SIDE GABLED IN DESIGN. IT FEATURES A T-SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A STONE FOUNDATION, A CLAPBOARD EXTERIOR, A WOOD TRIM AND A SHINGLED, MULTI-GABLED ROOF. THE STONE THAT WAS USED IN THE FOUNDATION WAS ALSO USED ON PART OF THE FIRST STORY. A LARGE ADDITION WAS CONSTRUCTED AT THE REAR OF AN EARLIER DATED SMALL COTTAGE.
