NOTES
Additional Information:A 'site file' titled "Lincoln Boulevard Historic District" exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office.

This is a two story Tudor Revival style home with an attached two car garage. The main block of the house is sided in brick as is the attached garaage. The center of the facade is pierced by a gable-roofed, two story entry sided in lannonstone. The north side of the entry roof slopes down to meet the garage area covering a small arcade area. The arcade and main doorways feature gothic arches. The second floor front and side facade north of the entry structure are covered in stucco with half timbering.

The house was built for Charles Drumm, cashier of the State Bank of Manitowoc. In 1933, Drumm was arrested for misappropriating $37,000 in bank funds. The Drumms subsequently moved to the south side of Manitowoc and sold the house to Dr. John and Isabel Savage, who previously lived at 1021 Lincoln Boulevard (AHI #58186). City directories and census records indicate that Charles Drumm later became a salesman.
