NOTES
Additional Information:Resurveyed March 2014; subsequent changes include the construction of an addition to the east elevation and the addition of vinyl siding.

2014- "This 1-story Commercial Vernacular building was constructed in 1881 as a grocery store. It is rectangular in plan with vinyl siding and a flat roof with a parapet along the front elevation. The front elevation faces south and is asymmetrical in plan with three large shop windows and a recessed glass door. Above the windows are multi-pane transoms. An asphalt-shingled, shed-roofed awning spans the width of the façade. A large addition has been constructed off the building’s east elevation, so that the original façade is nearly doubled in width; the new portion of the façade contains a glass door and four shop windows with glass block transoms. Both the old and the new facades contain false front parapets with decorative brackets.

The building’s interior consists of two interconnected large open spaces (the original western building is connected on the inside to the new eastern addition). The original building retains its wood floors, ceilings, and door and window trim. The property currently functions as a clothing store."
