Additional Information:Although somewhat modified, this small commercial building is a vernacular example of the Romanesque Revival style which was popular at the turn of the century. The structure was erected by T.E. Jenson and his sisters, Marie and Lena, who had, a few years before, founded a business that dealt in candies, tobacco, soda water, ice cream, fruit, etc. and that also served short orders and lunches.
