| Additional Information: | There is a two story polygonal bay window on the east facade with a hip roof whose soffit is continuous with but projects outward from the soffit of the main roof. There is a large gable roof dormer directly above this bay giving the whole the appearance of a two and a half story bay. The front facing dormer has octagonal wood shingle siding and a leaded glass window, neither of these occur elsewhere on the building.
