| Additional Information: | THIS ONE AND A HALF-STORY, SIDE-GABLED HOUSE FEATURES A RECTANGULAR SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A BRICK EXTERIOR AND A GABLE ROOF. THE FULL-LENGTH FRONT PORCH IS SUPPORTED BY HEAVY BRICK PIERS. A LARGE, CENTERED, AND GABLED DORMER ECHOES THE DESIGN OF THE MAIN ROOF, IN THAT THEY BOTH CONTAIN EXPOSED RAFTERS. DISTINGUISHING THE FRONT ENTRANCE IS A PROJECTING BAY, COMPLETE WITH A DOOR FLANKED BY SIDELIGHTS. THIS C. 1920 RESIDENCE (SEE BIB. REF. A) IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. ALSO LOCATED ON THE SITE IS A GARAGE, BUT NO INTENSIVE SURVEY EXISTS DESCRIBING THIS PARTICULAR STRUCTURE. |
