NOTES
Additional Information:Concrete stucco is the exterior fabric on this two story four square residence. The hip roof has a box cornice. There is a rock faced foundation and rectangular plan. On the front first story is a three part picture window. The front entry door is stained wood with narrow vertical windows. Side lights are narrow copies of the door. A one story front porch has ah ip roof and square columns. Column supports are rectangular concrete with an inverted arrow and indented rectangle pattern on them. The front second story has a three part picture window. A hipn roof dormer in the front also has a three part window. The east side of the house has a small arched window on the first story and a two story bay window. This house hsa retained much of its original integrity. It is an interesting residence because it is one of only a handfull of stucco buildings in New Richmond. The styling has hints of prairie or craftsman design. It does not have any outstanding details or characteristics that would give it architectural significance at the National Register level.
