| Additional Information: | Clapboard is the exterior fabric of this one story bungalow with Italianate details. The gable roof has the gable end facing the road. There is a rectangular gable wndow. The side bay window has a box cornice and triple brackets. There are also brackets on a rear section. There are endboards and a plain frieze under the eave. The full enclosed front porch has 3/1 vertical pane windows. A garage with railing has been attached. This is one of the nicer examples of a bungalow in the city and the only one with Italianate details. Much of its original intergrity remains. However bungalows are such a common style and of such a varied sort that this one cannot be considered architecturally significant or outstanding at this time. |
