| Additional Information: | This 2 story residence has clapboard exterior fabric. The building is an upright and wing or T-plan house with a one story rear addition. The foundation is concrete wash. On each side of the door is a 4/4 window that is almost the entire height of the story. Above the umbrage entry is what looks like a spot for a large picture window.ds This has a screen placed permanently over it. Behind the screen can be seen a pair of 4/4 windows on a wall set some feet back from the exterior wall. South of this are two corner windows, one on each story. The second story window is 2/2 and the first story has 4/4 windows. Sawn wood ornament with a penedant is under the eave here. The front wing section has three 4/4 windows on the second story. Two large 4/4 windows, like those under the umbrage entry are on the first story. South of these is another front entry. This one has side and transom lights. The south side has two 2/2 windows on the second story and one 2/2 window on the first. The firs5t story addition has a paired 2/2 window and a four part window. An entry is here. The rear or east side has two second story 4/4 windows on the wing or north part and a large 4/4 window below. Another window and an entry are on the addition. A small one story entry addition is where the two walls meet. On the north side are three large 4/4 windows on the first story. This residence is interesting because of its unusual second story enclosure. Whether this is original or an addition has not been determined. There are no features that give this residence any architectural significance. |
