Additional Information: A LARGE BRICK AND STUCCO, TWO-STORY AMERICAN FOURSQUARE HOUSE ON A SLIGHTLY BATTERED BASE WITH A HIP ROOF THAT IS INTERSECTED BY PEDIMENTED GABLE ROOFS PROJECTING OVER THREE-SIDED BAYS AT THE FRONT AND TO THE SOUTH. A STYLIZED PALLADIAN WINDOW IN THE OPEN GABLE END AT THE FRONT AND A FAN-SHAPED WINDOW TO THE SOUTH, A FLAT ROOFED (ALTERED FROM THE ORIGINAL) PORCH SUPPORTED BY MASONRY PIERS AND A SIDE-LIGHTED ENTRANCE DOOR FURTHER CHARACTERIZES THE HOUSE. BUILT BETWEEN 1908 AND 1915 ACCORDING TO SANBORNS.
