Additional Information: A LATE QUEEN ANNE RESIDENCE DERIVES ITS PICTURESQUE EFFECT FROM A TWO STORY POLYGONAL CORNER TOWER. OTHER FEATURES OF THIS ONE AND A HALF STORY RESIDENCE INCLUDE A JERKINHEAD ROOF, AN IRREGULAR PLAN CONFIGURATION, CLAPBOARD AND ALUMINUM/VINYL SIDING, ALUMINUM WINDOWS, A SOUTHSIDE BAY WINDOW, AND SOME FISH SCALE SHINGLES. THE HOUSE WAS FOUND TO BE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.

THIS HOUSE IS SHOWN ON THE 1912 SANBORN-PERRIS MAP BUT THIS PART OF LANCASTER IS NOT COVERED ON THE EARLIER SANBORN MAPS.
