Additional Information: THE LATE QUEEN ANNE STYLE, TWO AND A HALF STORY RESIDENCE IS CHARACTERIZED BY SEVERAL "PORTHOLE" WINDOWS. IT HAS CLAPBOARD WALLS, CORNER CANOPIES, AND A FISH SCALE SHINGLE TRIM ON THE GABLES.

THE JOE WRIGHT HOUSE IS PICTURED IN LANCASTER'S SOUVENIR. (A). WRIGHT IS LISTED AS A STOCKBUYER IN THE 1898 CITY DIRECTORY. (B). THE HOUSE'S WRAPAROUND VERANDA WAS ENLARGED AND MODERNIZED AT A LATER DATE.
